Someone somewhere along the line started calling me Mari, I liked the way it sounded so I've stuck with it ever since. But you may call me whatever you like, I'm even fine with 'hey you there', I'm not picky as long as it isn't crude.

As experience goes I've got several years, first few on AIM, AOL Chats, and email, after that it's all been in journals (First LJ, then GJ, and finally IJ). Added all up it's about eight to nine years, but please don't be intimidated by that thought. I prefer quality over quantity and write anywhere from two to four paragraphs a post, but I generally end up matching whoever I'm playing with.

I'm 22 years old, but have no social life to speak of, I spend most of my free moments here. I'm a full time university student, so free time isn't as ample as I'd like it to be, but I'm on or around most of the time. My time zone is CST (UTC - 6 hours), if you were curious.

I only RP in journals and email these days, I just can't seem get used to AIM again. I've also recently discovered GoogleDocs, so that would be fine.

I don't do this for smut. I realize that while playing a couple sex happens, rather frequently in some cases, and I'm fine with it. But when every post is just smut, I draw the line.

What I love most in the world is some who can fit in at least one reply/tag/post a day. I don't like to spend a whole week on a post with just five or six replies. I will love and adore you if you are active, even more so if we can manage to finish a thread together!

I tend to go for darker and more adult themes (not just sex, mind you). If anything that would get an R-rating or higher bothers you, I suggest you move right along at this point. Again, I'm sorry, I'm perfectly happy to do lighter things, but knowing the way I write I would come back to the dark eventually and I don't want to make you uncomfortable.
